We use Size 0 capsules, which are smaller than regular capsules. They are 0.85 inches long by 0.30 inches wide (21 x 7 millimeters). Yes. We use methylcobalamin, the active form of B12, and P-5-P, the active form of vitamin B6. These forms are easier for the body to absorb and use, making them more effective.

What form of niacin does this supplement use?

We use niacinamide, which is the "non-flushing" form of niacin.
